    It all starts by looking at different important areas of your life that are holding painful feelings, sensations, thoughts and memories that interfere with your ability to enjoy life.

  • REFLECT

    Next, we will reflect upon the different parts of yourself that developed throughout your life as a result of your upbringing, culture and relationships with caregivers, yourself and others.

  • CONNECT

    During this process we remain connected to our present moment while trying to make sense of how the past shows up in our day-today lives throughout different forms of behaviors, emotions, sensations and interactions.

We speak your language.

As native Spanish speakers living in the U.S. ourselves, we have encountered barriers to high quality mental health treatment in our native language, Spanish.

According to the American Psychological Association (APA) only 5% of psychologists provide therapy in Spanish, yet Hispanics make up 19% of the nation’s population. We want to be an asset to clients who want to explore and navigate relational and emotional complexities in the language they feel most comfortable expressing their feelings.

Speaking your language not only refers to verbal communication. We understand the embedded cultural messages passed down from generations that form our core beliefs and complex identities. We also know that not speaking Spanish does not make you less Latinx/e.
